Day one
Welcome to Paradise
You land in Curaçao in the early afternoon, step off the plane into warm Caribbean air, and within 20 minutes you're pulling through the gates of Sirena Bay Estate.
The first thing you see is the pool, then the ocean behind it, then you realize this place is even better in person than the photos. The team welcomes you with cold drinks, the charcuterie board is already set up poolside, and for the next two hours the group just exhales.
No agenda, no rush — just good people, good food, and the sound of waves.
Day two
Dust, Speed & Desert
After a lazy morning at the pool and lunch at the house, you pile into the UTVs at 2pm. Within minutes you're tearing through the rugged desert terrain of Curaçao — dust flying, everyone screaming.
You hit the Indian caves, the blowhole at Shete Boka, the windmills, and finish with a swim at Kokomo Beach just as the sun starts to dip. You roll back to the estate at 6pm, sandy, sunburned, and buzzing. The chef has dinner waiting.
Day three
Culture, Rum & Willemstad
After breakfast at the estate the group heads into Willemstad for the Six Curaçao Traditions experience — Blue Curaçao liqueur, local rum, handmade espadrilles, and a walk across the famous floating Queen Emma Bridge.
By 2pm you're wandering the colorful streets of Punda. As evening rolls in, dinner in Willemstad, then back through the Pietermaai jazz district — five minutes on foot from your front gate.
Day four
The Day That Belongs to Everyone
No plans. None. Some people sleep in, some are at the pool by 8am. Someone just stares at the horizon for 45 minutes and feels genuinely at peace.
In the evening you wander into Pietermaai for dinner and drinks — five minutes on foot, no taxis, no planning. You end up at a jazz bar, then another, then somehow it's midnight and you're all still going.
Wednesday morning, the alarm goes off at 6am.
Nobody complains.
Day five
Klein Curaçao
You're on the water by 7:30, cutting across a Caribbean so blue it looks fake. An hour and a half later you arrive at Klein Curaçao — a tiny uninhabited island with a crumbling lighthouse, crystal clear water, and a beach that belongs entirely to you.
You snorkel over the reef, spot turtles, float in water so warm and clear you can see the bottom 20 feet down. Lunch served on the boat. You arrive back at the estate at 5pm to a hot dinner waiting.
Day six
The Chef's Night
The group heads out together for a long lazy brunch somewhere in Willemstad. After that, the afternoon belongs to everyone — beach, pool, a walk, or just doing nothing at all.
As the sun goes down, Chef Moniek takes over the kitchen. The table is set on the outdoor terrace, candles lit, the ocean right there. Three courses, wine flowing, everyone back together with nowhere else to be. Toasts are made. This is what the trip was for.
Day seven
Your Last Real Night
One more breakfast, one more pool day. In the evening you get ready — actually get ready. The Chef's Table is an intimate, extraordinary dining experience. The kind of dinner that makes you sit back between courses and think "I can't believe this is my life right now."
On the walk home through Pietermaai someone puts their arm around you and says this was the best trip they've ever been on.
Day eight · The Birthday
Happy Birthday, Graham
You wake up to the sound of the ocean on your birthday. The chef has set up a proper birthday brunch — pastries, eggs, fresh fruit, champagne. The whole group is there. Someone gives a toast.
After brunch, one last swim, one last hour on the beach, one last look at that view. The cars come in the afternoon. You head to the airport sunburned and happy, already knowing this was one for the books.
